Propolis (Bee Glue), 10g

Propolis, while potent in its pure form, has an unpleasant taste and can temporarily numb the tongue and oral tissues. It's typically used sparingly, primarily for soothing sore throats, coughs, toothaches, and oral infections. It's advised not to consume more than 1-2 grams daily, with a single does being no larger than a match head to avoid mucous membrane irritation. Chewing should be limiters to 20 minutes to prevent any adverse effects. 

Storage conditions: in the original packaging of the manufacturer at a temperature not higher than 25°C.
