  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Please note that during peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The available options will be presented to you during the checkout process, and the shipping cost will depend on the selected method.

Shipping Time

  • The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please note that estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
  • We try to do our best to assure delivery on time; however, we don’t take responsibility for shipping carrier delays due to weather conditions or extraordinary circumstances.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

International Shipping

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope our company expands to this in the near future.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Marvel Foods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Marvel Foods. If you have any issues with your order, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.

Returns

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them, with all original packaging and tags.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@marvelfoods.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, we will either replace or refund for the items or have you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items, such as food products, that have been opened by the customer are non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective or expired.
